Dushanbe's "Istiklol" has strengthened its defense by signing a contract with the tall Ukrainian central defender Ivan Zotko, who is 187 cm tall.

The agreement with the footballer is valid until the end of the season. Zotko is a champion and Armenian Cup winner with "Urartu" club, possessing considerable international experience.
Over the years, he has played in the championships of Ukraine, Spain, Armenia, Lithuania, and Kyrgyzstan.
Currently, he has played 183 matches in his professional career. He has scored 10 goals and provided 3 assists.
