Before joining Istiklol, the player competed in the leagues of Colombia, Bolivia, and Uzbekistan, with his most recent club being Uzbekistan’s SQB.
 
While playing for SQB, Ramírez reached the Uzbekistan Cup final! Previously, the player has also been called up to the Colombian national futsal team.
