Before joining Istiklol, the forward played for Khujand, where he scored 6 goals in 12 matches and is currently the league’s top scorer. The 25-year-old Komolafe, standing at 192 cm tall, also has experience playing in the leagues of Austria, Scotland, and Uzbekistan.
