Vladimir Viktorovich has previously played and coached in various teams in the Russian championship. Before signing a contract with Istiqlol’s futsal team, he worked with the team “Atyrau” in Kazakhstan.
He is a champion and prize-winner of the Russian championship and a runner-up at the World University Futsal Championship.

Vladimir Churlyaev will be assisted by local specialist Eraj Nosekhov, who will serve as the assistant head coach at "Istiкlol".
